When was the last time you truly felt bliss?

Why we wrote the book?

We wrote Unpacking Bliss because we knew we weren’t the only ones carrying heavy, invisible suitcases through life—filled with expectations, burnout, identity shifts, and questions no one seemed to be answering out loud. This book is our invitation to pause, reflect, and unpack it all—with humor, honesty, and a little neuroscience along the way.

It’s not a manual. It’s a mirror. A mirror for the reader who’s done everything “right” but still feels off. For the educator who’s holding it all together at work and unraveling at home. For the woman asking, “Is this all there is?” and daring to hope the answer is no.

This book is our love letter to the messy middle—the in-between space where real transformation lives. We wrote it to remind our community (and ourselves) that joy isn't found at the end of a perfect plan. It’s built, moment by moment, in the midst of real life.

The book launch isn’t just about pages and publishing—it’s a marker of what becomes possible when we do this work in community. When we’re willing to unpack, together.
